Check-in & check-out

When you rent out your home, it is pleasant for the guests if they receive a warm welcome. We are present in the house to receive your guests, hand over the keys and answer any questions. We agree on a time with the guests when we will come by on the day of departure to carry out the final inspection and receive the key.

 

Check-in

  • Answer any questions
  • Take a photo of the passport of the person who made the reservation and forward it to you for verification.


Checkout

  • Inspection of the home/outdoor areas for damage and/or defects
  • Checking cutlery, glasses,...
  • Receiving the key

 

  • Check-in / Check-out € 15 (incl. VAT) per visit. (Between 8am & 8pm)

  • Check-in / Check-out € 20 (incl. VAT) per visit. (Between 6:00 AM & 8:00 AM and between 8:00 PM & 10:00 PM)

  • Check-in / Check-out € 35 (incl. VAT) per visit. (Between 10:00 PM & 6:00 AM or Public Holidays)

 

If we are allowed to take care of the final cleaning, we do not charge a check-out fee.

 

After the final inspection, we will keep you informed whether or not there is any damage.

 

When renting the house, we ask that you have several sets of linen (towels and sheets) available per person. When your tenants leave the holiday home, we take all the used linen with us to wash and prepare the house for the next guests.
