Standard cleaning, towels and sheets

At Costa Cálida Keyholding we offer a complete 'cleaning service'. Your home will be thoroughly cleaned, so that you or your guests can always stay in a fresh and well-kept environment. From vacuuming and mopping to cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, we ensure that everything is cleaned down to the last detail so that you or your guests can immediately enjoy your holiday without any worries.

Whether you rent out your home or use it yourself, at Costa Cálida Keyholding we guarantee that your home is always tidy and hospitable for you and your visitors. We provide beds made and towels ready so that you or your guests feel immediately at home.

If you rent out your home, we ask that you have several sets of sheets and towels available per person. When your guests leave the house, we take all used sheets, towels, etc. with them to wash and ensure that the beds are immediately made and towels are available for the next guests.

If you or your guests stay for longer periods, you can also request an interim cleaning, for which we charge the same price as usual for a final cleaning. If bed linen and towels need to be brought along for washing, this will also be charged at the normal rates.

Dusting of furniture and decoration
Checking crockery, cutlery, pots and pans to ensure they have been left clean and washing them if necessary
Check for any remaining food

Washing, ironing kitchen towels
Prepare new towels for the next guests
Emptying the rubbish bins if not done
Vacuum and mop floors
Vacuuming the seat (if leather seat – wash with a damp cloth)
Wash off visible stains on windows/doors and switches
Kitchen cabinets, fridge/freezer, dishwasher (possibly also washing machine if it is in the kitchen) wash outside
Empty and clean the refrigerator/freezer
Check the oven/microwave and clean if necessary
Check the dishes and empty/clean them if necessary
Clean toilets, taps, shower tray/bath, shower screens and mirrors
